Sub-Processor List Request

In accordance with Terms and Conditions (15.6), 
By completing this form you are agreeing that the list of Qualia Analytics, Ltd. Sub-Processors is made available to you purely for the purposes of facilitating your compliance with your legal obligations in Europe as a Data Controller (the "Purpose"). You agree that you may not:
  1. make use of the Sub-Processor list for any purposes other than the Purpose as stated here;
  2. that you will restrict disclosure and dissemination of the Sub-Processor list on a ‘need to know’ basis among your ’ employees, board members, subsidiaries, professional advisers, Supervisory Authorities with regulatory authority over you, sub-licensees, servants and/or agents.

On completion of the information below your submitted information will be checked by Qualia Analytics' staff and you will receive an email to the address you provide below which will contain a link to the Qualia Analytics Ltd. sub-processor list. The page will also contain a secondary survey form in which you can enroll to receive updates made to the sub-processors list.
